  • Effective for 12 months from date of shipment
  • Covers all system defects
  • Includes repair related labor, travel and part expenses
 

Extended Warranty

Offered when you purchase your system to extend your factory warranty for up to an additional two years.

Includes:

  • Available to purchase with discount with system
  • Starts when Factory Warranty ends (approximately one year after shipment
  • Mimics Factory Warranty benefits
  • Includes PM Service
  • Includes Priority Scheduling
  • Offers multi-system and multi-year discounts

Service Agreement

Offered when your factory warranty or extended warranty expires.

Includes:

  • Available to purchase after Factory Warranty or Extended Warranty expires
  • Mimics Extended Warranty benefits
  • Includes PM Service
  • Includes Priority Scheduling
  • Offers multi-system and multi-year discounts
 

Preventative Maintenance

Lower cost option if you choose not purchase a Service Agreement or Extended Warranty. Covers PM service only.

Includes:

  • Available to purchase after Factory Warranty or Extended Warranty expires
  • All other repair/services outside PM are billable
